Payments

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

No, all our cash payment prices are listed as is. There are no hidden charges or gimmicks. You will get the phone and it's full original contents.

Products

All our items listed are Brand New and Unactivated sets unless stated otherwise.

Yes, all Local Sets and Telco Sets come with the respective manufacturer's local 1 year warranty, unless otherwise stated. All Export Sets comes with 3 Months Seller's Warranty unless stated otherwise.

Yes we would most likely be able to order in any models or brands of phones or tablet that is currently still available in the market even if it is not listed on our website but it would take about 5 to 7 working days upon order confirmation. Please do drop us an email or message with the details of the model you are interested in together with its capacity and color and we will revert to you within 48 hours or earlier.

Shipping

YES, we accept orders FROM OVERSEAS AS WELL. The shipping charges will be based on the delivery address you have entered and the shipping charges would be shown automatically on the payment page just before you proceed to make the payment for your purchase.

All mobile phone manufacturers will handle any after sales services directly. NONE of them support exchange policy. We understand customers prefer to have 7 days exchange. However, without the manufacturers support, we cannot provide goods exchange for the customers. You could contact the relevant companies for any further queries or details with regards to this.

Due to this NO exchange policy, we recommend all customers to have their phones or products tested upon delivering by our delivery personnels for orders via Local Delivery. Complaints made after such time will no longer be entertained. We understand that this may not be the best arrangement, that is why we feedback to manufacturers but they still insist that all after sales services must be handled by their respective service centre, without a promise for an exchange on new defective mobile phones.
